  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Reference Manager
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. User Data

All data processed by Reference Manager is stored locally in your browser session. We do not collect, store, or transmit your reference data to external servers. Your data remains private and is not shared with third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reference Manager or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Reference Manager, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

While we strive to provide accurate citation formatting, Reference Manager relies on external APIs and data sources. We do not warrant that citation formatting will be 100% accurate in all cases. Users are responsible for verifying citation accuracy before use in academic or professional contexts.
